Marc & Claire
Partners in life and in business, Marc & Claire are the driving force behind the growing Decaro brand. Marc has been involved in the flooring industry since 1993, with the last ten seeing the formation of Decaro Resin Driveways, installing high quality driveways in and around Cardiff & South Wales. Meanwhile, Claire oversees the administrative affairs, financials and everything else that’s needed to run a tight ship.
The Early Days
Marc honed his eye for detail and developed his exacting standards from getting his hands dirty on the frontline, learning everything there is to know about flooring immediately on leaving school. After deciding to start his own company, the fledgling business quickly developed a reputation for first class workmanship, value for money and finishing on schedule. And, it wouldn’t be long before that reputation came to the attention of one of the big names in retail food.
Dealing with the Biggest & Best
Today, the Decaro Resin Driveways sister company is one of the main flooring installers and maintenance providers for Greggs, the baking and retail food supply company, which has over 1700 outlets spread all around the UK. High standards are required, expected and delivered, as Marc and his teams help keep the Greggs food juggernaut keep moving.

The same exacting standards are the hallmark of Decaro Resin Driveways who supply contented property owners as well as business owners. Operating from Taff’s Well, in the shadow of the stunning Taff Gorge sitting just outside of Cardiff – Decaro are well-placed to service a wide geographical area. Customers extend to Cardiff, Swansea, Merthyr, Bridgend, Newport, Brecon, and depending on the circumstances – well beyond!
